Stress Score is designed to work without requiring an account and does not collect personally identifiable information such as your name, email address, or contact details.

Data We Collect

1. Check-in Data (Stored Locally)

When you complete a stress check-in, the app stores:

• your stress score
• selected responses
• derived stress factors (such as pressure, emotional load, and recovery)

This data is stored locally on your device and is used to display your stress history and insights inside the app.

Stress Score does not upload your individual check-in answers to a server.

2. Analytics Data

Stress Score collects anonymous usage analytics to understand how the app is used and to improve the experience.

This includes:

• whether a stress check-in was started or completed
• the resulting stress score of check-ins
